Write-up: This case was reported by a other health professional via sales rep and described the occurrence of local swelling in a female patient who received BEXSERO. On an unknown date, the patient received BEXSERO. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving BEXSERO, the patient experienced local swelling. On an unknown date, the outcome of the local swelling was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the local swelling to be related to BEXSERO. Additional details were provided as follows: This case was reported by a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). This case was reported by other healthcare professional, who herself was the patient''s mother. The patient experienced a lump (huge swollen spot) on her arm after receiving BEXSERO. The sales representative did not have further information regarding patient identifiers, product details or information regarding the event. Attempt to contact the other healthcare professional was unsuccessful and a voicemail was left to return call back to GlaxoSmithKline Medical information for follow up reporting purposes.

Allergic Rhinitis (runny nose, sneezing etc.) with pollen and dust mite--Class 6; class 2 mold, grass, weeds, oak and elm, walnut tree. Class 1 to peanut, milk, class 2 to soybean, corn. Ig E: 468. 10-15-2007, 12-24-2009: Class 5 to dust mites, class 1 to soybean, class 2 to molds. 01-15-2010: Ig G class 1 to cow''s milk and peanut but Ig E negative. Still has Class I to Timothy grass, pecan/hickory tree. Class II to Bermuda grass, Johnson grass, June grass/Kentucky/Mountain cedar, Elm, Cottonwood. Class III to White Ash. None to oak. 02-21-2013: Class 1 to shrimp; 2 to peanut, soybean, corn, Penicillium notatum, Alternaria alternata, birch, mountain cedar, sheep sorrel, nettle, Bermuda grass, Timothy grass, common ragweed, rough pigweed, hickory/pecan tree; 3 to sesame seed, Cladosporium herbarum, Aspergillus fumigatus, maple, cottonwood, oak, elm; 4 to white ash; 5 to D. pteronyssinus and D. farinae. Ig E 491kU/L. Referral to allergist. Conjunctivitis - Allergic with Rhinitis during spring. Eczema (a type of rash) since 2-3 yo. Still has 08-18-2014. Myopia - Acute. Contact lens--not wearing, has glasses. Keratosis pilaris 12-2010. Migraine since 6th grade if lack of sleep. Vit D insufficiency 10-15-2013, Vit D 3 800IU daily. 17dg/mL 08-18-2014, 2000IU daily, non-complaint. 03-14-2016: 11ng/mL, take Vit D3 5000IU daily, recheck in 1 month.

Write-up: Redness, swelling, itchiness 1 day after getting GARDASIL 9 and TRUMENBA on the right arm. It started with induration and redness but then the redness and swelling progressed 2 days after getting shot. Right arm erythema 17cm x 15cm with some induration. Plan: ice for 20 mins. 3 x day, avoid frost bite. Use steroid cream on lesion. Will temporarily hold off on TRUMENBA doses 2 and 3.

Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician via a Pfizer sales representative. A male patient of an unspecified age and ethnicity received TRUMENBA, via an unspecified route of administration, on an unspecified date, at single dose. The patient''s medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The patient had a reaction a few hours after receiving the vaccine. He started shaking uncontrollably for about 45 minutes, similar to a seizure, and was cold but felt it on the inside of his body. After the shaking stopped he was extremely exhausted.

Write-up: Received vaccine on 3/21/16 - now has a lesion on right deltoid approx. 2 in diameter - redness/subcut firm swelling, very tender to touch instructed to take BENADRYL, ice arm TID - 20 min at a time move arm as much as possible.
