Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician. A 18-years-old male patient received TRUMENBA (Lot# M13066, Expiry Date 30Sep2016), intramuscular in the left deltoid at 0.5 ml, single on 28Dec2015 between 2:30 and 3:00 PM. The patient medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On 29Dec2015 the patient experienced felt fluish and fever with outcome of recovered, muscle aches and large area of redness around the meningococcal group b injection site with outcome of unknown. The patient had no cough or flu symptoms. The patient underwent tuberculin test with MANTOUX (Manufacturer: Sanofi Pasteur, Lot number: C4858BA), intradermal in the left arm at 0.1 ml, single on 28Dec2015. The doctor saw the patient 30Dec2015.

Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable physician through a Pfizer sales representative. A 18-year-old female patient received the first dose of TRUMENBA intramuscular, in deltoid, on 28Dec2015, at 0.5 ml, single. The patient medical history was not reported. The patient''s concomitant medications were not reported. No other vaccines received on the same date. The patient experienced soreness in the injected arm, hot area around the injection site and a two inch area around the injection site raised, all in Dec2015 (on 28Dec2015 or 29Dec2015). The reporter recommended ice and ibuprofen as needed. The events resolved on 30Dec2015. The reporter considered there was a reasonable possibility that the events were related to the vaccine. No follow-ups attempts are needed. No further information expected.

Write-up: This is a spontaneous report from a contactable pediatrician via a company sales representative. A male patient in his 80s received TRUMENBA (lot# J28923, exp date Jun2016), intramuscularly in right deltoid, on 12Oct2015, at 0.5 ml single. Relevant medical history included ongoing asplenic and spherocytes from 06May2991 and unknown if ongoing. Concomitant medications were none. ON 12Oct2015 the patient experienced high fever, headache and overall myalgia. It was unknown if the patient took any treatment for high fever. The patient recovered from the events on 14Oct2015. The physician believed that the event was related to the vaccine. The reporter considered the event as related to TRUMENBA. Follow-up (29Jan2016): New information received from a contactable physician includes: vaccination site, new events, medical history added, causality assessment.

A patient of unspecified age, gender and ethnicity received the first dose of TRUMENBA (lot number M13066) via an unspecified route of administration, on unknown date, at single dose for immunization. Relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. On unknown date the patient experienced faint redness and swollen at sight, fever at 101 F, stomach pain, vomiting, dizzy, severe headache, severe soreness of arm and she was nauseous. The outcome of the events was unknown. No follow up attempts possible. No further information expected.
