Concomitant medication included an unspecified blend allergy shot, one injection administered every three weeks (last dose before the event was on 16Oct2015). Concurrent condition included allergy. On 19Oct2015 the patient experienced chills and muscle weakness from 16.00 to around 23.00. Later he went to sleep and was okay the next morning. These events recovered completely on an unspecified date in Oct2015 (uncertain whether the end date was 19Oct2015 or 20Oct2015). Outcome of the event bruise at the injection site was unknown.
