This case involves a patient (age and gender not reported) who was vaccinated with a dose of MENACTRA and with a dose of TRUMENBA (batch number, dose, dose in series and route administration were not reported) on arm on an unknown date. Write-up: This case was reported by a nurse via sales rep and described the occurrence of pain in a patient who received BEXSERO. On an unknown date, the patient received BEXSERO .5 ml. On an unknown date, 7 days after receiving BEXSERO, the patient experienced pain. On an unknown date, the outcome of the pain was unknown. It was unknown if the reporter considered the pain to be related to BEXSERO. Additional details were received as follows: The reporter stated that, 2 patients experienced soreness one week out after the vaccination with BEXSERO. The reporter stated that, very little information was known about the event was known and all other information including as batch number of vaccine, age of patient, date of vaccination, initials of patients and expiry date of vaccine were unknown. This case has been linked with the case US2016GSK015455 for the 2nd patient reported by the same reporter.

Write-up: OBJECTIVE Physical Exam EXTREMITIES: R arm: large red indurated area over mid upper arm over tricep muscle. Gardasil injection site was cephaled to the affected area. Duration 72 hours. Treatment: Ice to affected area and Ibuprofen 400 mg every 4-6 hours as needed for discomfort.

Write-up: This case was reported by a physician via regulatory authority and described the occurrence of vaccination site pain in a 22-week-old female patient who received BEXSERO (batch number 148701A, expiry date unknown) for routine childhood immunization. Additional patient notes included No known allergies. Concomitant products included PREVENAR 13 and INFANRIX. On 13th January 2016, the patient experienced BEXSERO (intramuscular). On 14th January 2016, 1 days after receiving BEXSERO, the patient experienced vaccination site pain (serious criteria other) and extensive swelling of vaccinated limb (serious criteria other). On an unknown date, the outcome of the vaccination pain and extensive swelling of vaccinated limb were not recovered/not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the vaccination site pain and extensive swelling of vaccinated limb to be related to BEXSERO. Regulatory authority verbatim: Overnight large local reaction at injection site. 5x4 centimeter area of elevation/oedema and pain. Swollen painful leg. No reaction in right thigh. Additional details: The event vaccination site oedema was changed to extensive swelling of vaccinated limb.

Write-up: Had TRUMENBA and Hep A Friday at 10:30AM. Friday night began vomiting at 10PM vomited x3; diarrhea began at 10PM and 2-3 episodes Fri PM, Sat and Sun. Today (Monday) no vomiting/diarrhea but nauseous. Chilled; no temp. No meds or treatment. Was treated - still taking meds for a UTI dx 01/28/16.
