Write-up: Baby was completely healthy according to the check up on 1/17. Checked him at midnight on 1/18. Had a fever and was fussier than usual. Checked him again at 4:30AM. Was found dead at 8:30AM. Nurse follow up on 10/01/04 states: "Positional asphyxia; cardiac arrest."
